Maximum Max McAlister is Max Ry McAlister, the son of Cale and Renae McAlister. He was born on Wednesday afternoon, August 8th, 2007 at 1:58pm. Due to some minor complications he was delivered via Cesarean section. He weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 21.5 inches long. He had a head full of hair and long fingernails. Some of us joked that had he cooked a bit longer, he would have hit the ground running.

This site serves to keep people informed about Max. Friends and family stretch from sea to shining sea – so it’s much easier to post updates than to send out intrusive emails with photos attached.

Thanks for stopping by to participate in our chronicle of the life of our firstborn son. Max is now blessed with a little brother, Jake* (which means Jake has his own website). We’re still going to beat you about the head and shoulders with all Max, all the time. Hence, Maximum Max McAlister.

*Jake was born by C section on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 1:08pm CST. He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and measured 20.5″ tall. He was not born with as much hair as his big brother. Max, his older brother, remains unfazed by the event.
